  • Bring NAGT's Traveling Workshops Program to your Program, Department, or Institution

    The March 15 application deadline to host an NAGT Traveling Workshop is fast approaching! The Traveling Workshops Program (TWP) brings two trained facilitators to your institution to lead discussions and action planning around strengthening your department or program. Application deadlines are March 15 for Fall 2020 workshops, June 15 for Fall 2020/Winter 2021 workshops, October 15 for Spring 2021 workshops, and January 15 for Spring/Summer 2021 workshops.

  • NAGT Announces Search for Journal of Geoscience Education Editor
    The National Association of Geoscience Teachers (NAGT) is seeking a new Editor-in-Chief for the Journal of Geoscience Education (JGE). Margaret Crowder, 2nd Vice President of NAGT, will lead the search committee.
  • Registration for the 2020 Earth Educators' Rendezvous is now open!
    Registration is now open for the 2020 Earth Educators' Rendezvous! This year's Rendezvous will be held at the School of Earth, Energy and Environmental Sciences at Stanford University from July 13-17 and will feature dozens of workshops and round table discussions, along with plenary speakers, poster sessions, and contributed presentations/teaching demonstrations.
