Ever been curious about what it means when your students tell you “I worked with a librarian on this project?” Since our liaison model started eight years ago, librarians have increased engagement with students throughout their college careers. We discussed what happens in typical interactions with students, our teaching goals for student appointments, and preliminary results from a pilot study of students who met with us in Fall term.
