Over 25 years Management professional and educator in Information Technology, Quality Management, Networking, Security and Project Management with more than 6 years of experience in various learning and design development roles. As an associate professor at the University of Maryland - Global Campus, I conceptually and intuitively understand how students learn. Having project management experience in the need’s analysis, design, development, and delivery of a suite of learning projects from conception to production with the ability to employ a variety of methodologies to collect and mine feedback for continual improvement. Phenomenal communication skills with students and stakeholders ensuring they are continuously engaged. Experience developing course curriculum, and delivering knowledge transfers.
