The University of Arizona's Native Nations Climate Adaptation Program (NNCAP) is one of four university's nation-wide that has an established tribal climate change program that assists tribal nations in both mitigation and adaptation efforts. We feel that we are uniquely situated due to our past history in community outreach and research efforts to assist in strengthening a regional pathway.
