Jennifer Weaver
California Institute of Technology
As the Associate Director at Caltech’s CTLO, I develop, implement, and assess programs that support Caltech faculty and students in effective teaching and learning, at Caltech and beyond. My primary focus is on faculty and graduate student educational development, including consultation services, trainings and workshops. I apply evidence-based pedagogical methods to a range of STEM undergraduate and graduate teaching, including supporting technology-enhanced and online teaching, and Teaching Assistant programs. I provide support for effective course design and teaching methods to university instructors and also collaborate with graduate students and postdocs to enhance future faculty programming.
