Jacci is an Assistant Professor in Higher Education Leadership at National Louis University. She has a PhD from the University of Minnesota in Organizational Leadership, Policy, and Development. Her focus is Higher Education, and her research interests include civic engagement, faculty development, student and faculty mentorship, learning spaces, student success, and equity and inclusion in higher education.
