Deadline

Please let us know your travel arrangements by July 1st, particularly if you will be flying to the workshop. This will allow us to make hotel and ground transportation arrangements for you.

Critical information for air travelers

Please see the logistics page (opens in a new window) for critically important information on booking your flights. In particular, if you chose to book your own flights, you must ensure all flights are economy class on a U.S. Flag Air Carrier and comply with the IRIS Consortium's travel policies. If your flights do not meet IRIS' travel policy criteria, we will be unable to reimburse you for your flights.

Travel Information

The workshop will be held at the University of Wyoming, in Laramie. Participants must arrive in Laramie in time for the first workshop event at 8:30 AM on August 10. The workshop will conclude at 10:30 AM on August 12. Participants must attend all sessions.
