We strive to provide universal access to our programming and are committed to supporting accommodation requests to the best of our abilities. Please check the box below if you would like a member of the workshop support staff to follow up with you to assist with accommodations that support your needs.

We are doing what we can to keep everyone safe and reduce the risk of attending the workshop in person. We can't reduce risk to zero. We're asking attendees to protect the community and each other, as an act of respect. We encourage mask-wearing and it may be required, depending on the national COVID rates at the time of the workshop. In addition, all attendees are encouraged to self-test at home before traveling to Laramie in the hopes of identifying and preventing infectious individuals from attending the workshop. On-site rapid test kits will be available at no cost for any participants who feel unwell and/or have COVID-like symptoms.

Please check each box below to acknowledge that you accept your share of responsibility for the health and well-being of the community:

We believe that showcasing the individuals who make this project a success engaged in the work together is a critical part of increasing the reach and impact of the project. To that end, we will be taking photographs of participants in action during the workshop. We use photos like these to enhance the quality of our website and print publications as well as project documentation for NSF and the geophysics education community.

As a participant, you have the right to opt out of having your photograph taken by project staff at the event. We'll make our best effort to avoid capturing your image in photos we take at the event. If we inadvertently capture your image in a photo that gets posted on the website, please let us know so that we can remove it promptly.
