My manual is designed for two groups of students. I have a few GAs and EdD students who are at dissertation stage. Because our program is an EdD, almost none of our students are full-time. I would like feedback in two areas.
1. I am in FL and am not able to use DEI anywhere in a document. Please provide feedback on my Environment and Working Together section.
2. I would also appreciate feedback on the tone and comprehensiveness of the Communication section. (I have sections specifically devoted to GAs and students at dissertation stage later in the document. The Communication section is general.

The statement about still meeting when students might be concerned about wasting your time is very encouraging and communicates your willingness to help and desire to have open communication with them. I like it!
I think this is a great start to your ops manual!
