Cal State LA faculty member from Silver Lake collaborates with national team to prevent sexual harassment

Cal State LA assistant professor Allison Mattheis is part of a national research team that is developing a training program to combat sexual harassment in the field of geosciences. The collaborative project is funded by a four-year, $1.1 million ADVANCE grant from the National Science Foundation. The NSF ADVANCE program aims to increase the participation and advancement of women in academic science and engineering careers.
