Image Release

We aim to document and share the collaborative spirit and impactful discussions of the ITYC STEM Education Summit to amplify its reach and benefit the broader TYC STEM education community. We understand that participants may have varying levels of comfort regarding the use of their images.

During the Summit, we plan to take photographs of participants engaged in sessions, discussions, and networking activities. These photos may be used on the Summit website, in presentations, reports, and for NSF project documentation.

As a participant, you have the right to opt out of being photographed by Summit staff. If you choose to opt out, we will make every effort to avoid capturing your image in our official photos. If your image is inadvertently included in a photo published on the Summit website, please inform us, and we will remove it promptly.

Please note that this opt-out applies only to photos taken by Summit staff. We cannot control photos taken by other attendees. If you have opted out, we recommend being mindful of others taking photos and informing them of your preference.
