9:00 - 10:00 Gallery Walk - Arenas for Teaching Sustainability
Participants will work in groups to create posters of the possible approaches for teaching sustainability within certain disciplines, and across all disciplines. Sustainability means different things to different disciplines, and we hope to gain an understanding the breadth of approaches and the nature of the overlap between disciplines.

3:45 - 5:15 Break out session II: Pedagogic approaches for teaching sustainability
List of breakout groups
Small group discussions of successful strategies, teaching approaches for different settings, and ideas to move forward in fostering effective teaching of sustainability

(e.g How do we make time for interdisciplinary/sustainability teaching in our courses?) What are some strategies that have/could be used to address these challenges?

Groups of 3-4 will explore ideas for developing a module or a course
Begin with each group reviewing the relevant submissions of courses and activities. Then brainstorm what is needed to move forward. What needs to be developed where an interdisciplinary team would be an asset? Where would focused energy change our teaching capacity? Who is the intended audience? How would it fit into existing course/program structures?
