2020 Summer Workshop

Private Workspace »

The summer workshop will take place from June 10 to July 1. The workshop includes 4 types of sessions, described below. As some of these sessions are offered more than once, each Cohort 3 Change Agent has their own individual schedule (sent to you by Eric). In some cases, but not all, you will be in the same session as other members of your campus team (see below). Click on Teams or Change Agents in each box below to see who is participating in each session. You can hide the description of session types by clicking on "Hide."

Team Presentations: Each team will give a ~10-15 minute presentation on their outcomes data and action plan followed by discussion with the other teams in that session and project leaders. Ideally, all members of a campus team will participate in the same session. (2 hours)
Developing students' sense of belonging session & Working with your colleagues and administrators: Strategies for leading change session (SB+L): Two topical sessions, each with some pre-session asynchronous work, will be held on the same day (offered 3 times; see below for your assigned day). (4 hours)
Campus workshop sessions: Two days in sequence focused on designing effective workshops, designing your campus workshops for the fall and strategies for engaging your campus community. Ideally, all members of a campus team will participate in the same sessions. These sessions will include Zoom meetings with all session participants as well as breakouts or times when the campus team would be working together. (6-8 hours)
