    Project EDDIE is holding two workshops in conjunction with the 2022 Joint Aquatic Sciences Meeting: Teaching Quantitative Reasoning Using Data: Project EDDIE and Macrosystems EDDIE: Teaching Ecological Forecasting to Undergraduates. Both workshops take place on May 15, 2022.

    Project EDDIE will be leading a workshop focused on pedagogy for using large datasets in the classroom with ASBMB and IUBMB in June. The workshop, Pedagogy of working with climate big data using RStudio will be led by Project EDDIE PI, Catherine O'Reilly, Illinois State University, as part of the ASBMB Teaching Science with Big Data virtual meeting. The workshop is scheduled to take place on June 23. Additional information will be shared when registration opens.

    Project EDDIE is excited to be partnering with QUBES to offer a Project EDDIE Faculty Mentoring Network (FMN) for the Spring 2020 semester. Participants in this FMN will focus on how to use EDDIE modules in their undergraduate courses by participating in biweekly virtual sessions to collaborate with and support others in the network and receive mentoring.
