9:00-10:20 Report on recent DLESE PI meeting and discussion about the Data/content/service developer space on DLESE (Ledley)
10:20-10:40 Coffee I
10:40-11:40 Direct small-group interactive browsing of major Earth science data resource sites with attention to fit with DLESE review criteria; availability of viewer software; metadata availability and content.
11:40-12:00 Small-group report out findings on data sites.
12:00-1:00 Lunch at NU
1:00-1:40 Report on next Data Services workshop (Ledley/Dahlman).
1:40-2:40 Report on DAWG White Paper and DLESE Quality Meeting: Discussion on the data/data services review criteria for inclusion in DLESE. (Caron)
2:40-3:00 Coffee II
3:00-4:20 Discussion of metadata standardization issues for DLESE (Domenico/Fox).
4:20-5:20 Wrap-up, discussion of DAWG follow-up activities, vote for next year's DAWG Chair.

8:00 Meet at New Media Studio... cruise for lattes, take state-street shuttle to beach. Walk to marina.
9:00 WHALE WATCHING [no host] in the Santa Barbara Channel, with informal (but serious) discussion on the upcoming Data Services workshop and the DAWG's future: What roles can/should the DAWG play in efforts to broaden data use?
11:30 Back to Hotel to Check Out... Cars/taxis to airport.
