In Class, Coached Problem Solving describes how faculty can provide a structured, guided context for students to work collaboratively to solve problems. Inventing and Testing Models uses Model-Eliciting Activities, which are open-ended problems that challenge students to build models in order to solve complex, real-world problems.
Teaching with Google Earth

A new module on Teaching with Google Earth has been released, with detailed instructions and many ideas for bringing rich imagery and interactive information into the classroom. There are over 25 different examples of activities using Google Earth.
