Science and Sustainability: A Freshman Seminar Course

The backbone of the course is made of two books: Berger and Luckmann's The Social Construction of Reality and Pollan's The Omnivore's Dilemma. Using Debates to Engage Students in Sustainability Controversies and Conundrums
