New Resources on Departments Site

We have recently completed a major overhaul of the Building Strong Geoscience Departments website. Resources are now organized in modules about Curricula & Programs (including resources on curriculum design and revision, as well as profiles of courses, curricula, and programs), Student Recruitment (including successful strategies and examples of each of them from a wide variety of departments), Preparing Students for the Workforce (including data on employment and salary trends and a series of interviews with geoscience employers sharing what they are looking for in entry-level hires), and the Future of Geoscience (including videos of presentations from our workshop on this topic, profiles of faculty members who embody the trends we see, and resources on interdisciplinary research and teaching). There are a few very fine new resources on Program Assessment and Review. In addition, you now have the option to search the site.
