Joint EPSCoR Campus Compact Meeting in Maine to Focus on SENCERizing Curricula

The Strategic Synergies partnership has supported the growth of partnerships around the country with by connecting leaders to SENCER and facilitating achievement of common goals. At SSI 2013, we were fortunate to have enthusiastic representatives from Maine EPSCoR, Maine Campus Compact, and the University of Southern Maine. We are pleased to share the announcement for an upcoming meeting on October 7-8 that will explore 'Best Practices for Linking STEM Education and Civic Engagement' through SENCERizing the curriculum.

The meeting, hosted by the SSI and Strategic Synergies-Maine team leaders, will include talks by SENCER Co-PI Cathy Middlecamp (pictured) of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Pam Proulx-Curry of Eastern Maine Community College, Tara Mann of Worcester Polytechnic Institute and Co-Director of SCI-New England, Rob Sanford of the University of Southern Maine and Co-Director of SCI-New England, as well as other distinguished contributors.
