CLAS Conference to Feature Burns and Parravano as Speakers


The first annual STEM Curriculum, Learning, and Assessment Studies conference (CLAS) will be hosted by the New Jersey Institute of Technology on October 17th. The theme, Assessing Opportunities in Urban Education, will be considered in the context of seven contributing strands, by invited speakers, and through group discussions.

Speakers will include David Burns (pictured), SENCER PI, and Carlo Parravano, who is the executive director of the Merck Institute for Science Education.
