Southwest Workshop April 14

The SCI-Southwest will host a Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL) workshop at Texas Woman's University on April 14. The workshop will be led by Dr. Matt Fisher, Carnegie Scholar and NCSCE Fellow. SoTL has been described as inquiring into our students' learning. But what does that look like in real life? How does this work to help make teaching public and community property? How does this form of scholarship connect to the concerns of faculty? Full details for registration and a schedule will be posted to the SCI-Southwest webpage soon. Save the date! You won't want to miss it.
