This webinar is for the Administrators who are participating in the June Faculty as Change Agents workshop. The webinar will provide the Administrators with an overview of the Faculty as Change Agents project including project goals, project activities, and resources, and the roles and responsibilities of Change Agents; the role of administrators in the project and how they can support their Change Agent teams; information about the upcoming workshop, and an opportunity to ask questions of project leaders. After the event, the slides and a screencast recording from the webinar will be posted here for those who were not able to attend.

The webinar will be led by Heather Macdonald, Project PI and Professor of Geology at the College of William & Mary and Pamela Eddy, Project Researcher and Professor of Higher Education at the College of William and Mary
