This data tip from Bridge, the Ocean Sciences Education Teacher Resource Center archive, includes a variety of educational sites to visit. Climate change is explored with a data exercise on greenhouse gases, including the longest continuous record of atmospheric carbon dioxide measurements in the world from Mauna Loa, Hawaii. The TOPEX/Poseidon activity on Analyzing Greenhouse Gases and Global Temperature Data Over Time includes graphing the Mauna Loa data as well as three other data sets representing other greenhouse gases (methane, chlorofluorocarbon (CFC), and nitrous oxide).

This description of a site outside SERC has not been vetted by SERC staff and may be incomplete or incorrect. If you have information we can use to flesh out or correct this record let us know.
