This website is dedicated to a project developed by the Yellowstone Center for Resources, US National Park Service, and World Foundation for Environment and Development (WFED) for research and conservation of the Yellowstone National Park thermophile resources. The site gives a useful and intuitive overview of the history and goals of the project. Each section can be accessed by scrolling or from a set of links at the top of the webpage. Links to additional information on microbial research in Yellowstone and the WFED home page including other projects are also provided on this site.
