This National Park Service (NPS) website highlights the natural resources of Craters of the Moon National Monument. Resources discussed include animals (repliles, mammals and birds), plants (grasses, trees, shrubs, wildflowers), environmental factors (air quality, diseases, fire regime, geologic activity, nonnative species, vistas and weather) and natural features of the park (cave and karst topography, fossils, geologic formations, scrublands, volcanoes and lava flows). There are documents related to the park available to download.
