In this article, The Why Files examines Charles Darwin, his theory of evolution, and his visit to the Galapagos Islands of Ecuador. The article explains what Darwin really found, and how other scientists helped him develop his theory of evolution. It discusses the many mistakes Darwin made in his observations and methods of investigation, as well as how Darwin's finches are not as important to the development of the theory of evolution as once thought.
