This Bigelow Laboratory site is designed to helps students and teachers discover information about toxic and harmful algal blooms (HABs). Five online standards, based educational activities, explore the topics of the role of algae in the food web, the wide-ranging impacts of HABs, and the techniques being used to prevent and detect HABs in our environment.
