Anthropogenic gases lead to stratospheric cooling

Climate simulations were compared to stratospheric temperature and circulation observations over the last two decades. It was found that decreases in man-made mid-atmosphere ozone and increases in carbon dioxide affect Arctic atmospheric conditions.
