[Viz] Visualization workshop follow-up survey

Greetings,

As part of the on-going evaluation efforts of the faculty professional 
development program, On the Cutting Edge, we are very interested in the 
impact of the program on your professional development and on student 
learning. Please help us understand the impact of the Cutting Edge 
workshops by completing the following survey, which will take approximately 
10 minutes to complete. It is very important that we have a high response 
rate from those who have participated in one or more of the Cutting Edge 
programs, so please take the time to complete the survey.  Most of you 
attended either the multi-day Teaching Geoscience with Visualizations 
workshop at Carleton College in 2004 or the one-day Teaching Geoscience 
with Visualizations workshop held in association with the Fall AGU Meeting 
in 2004.
