[Viz] RE: Viz tools evaluation criteria?

Does anyone know of a list of review/evaluation criteria for software tools
and visualizers for student and educator learning?

i.e. we talked about general design criteria for visualizations - but how
about evaluation of the tools to create those visualizations? Any help would
be appreciated...
