[Oceanwksp] Forecast for New Orleans Hurricane in 2002

Hi Everyone,

Three years ago, on a Saturday afternoon, I listened to a program on
KQED-FM in the bay area on wetland loss and the threat of damage to New
Orleans from a major hurricane.  Tragically, this forecast has come true.
