[Observing] travel information for you

I have attached three documents for you to please check over:

1. the incoming ground transportation list with my proposal for your 
arrival or information you have given me about your plans

2. the outgoing ground transportation list with the same info

3. the housing list with the nights for which I have reserved your room at 
Country Inn

Please check your name on each of these and see that my information is 
accurate. I have checked and re-checked but it's much better when everyone 
sees her or his own name and is sure I have it correct on everything.

In some cases I may not have received your information yet, so if this is 
the case, could you please forward that to me by Monday.


If you see any problems, please let me know right away so I may get the 
correct info as I need to finalize transport and rooms by Wednesday, May 4.
Thank you to all of you for getting your info to me and your patience with 
this process.
