[Geophysics] MATLAB in geophysics?

Hi,
While not as elaborate as Jeff Barker's or Larry Braile's scripts,
Jeff's email reminded me that I once drafted some simple exercises to
help students learn to use MATLAB. They've been on my website for
years, but didn't seem to have much impact.
I divided the scripts into three tiers depending on sophistication.
My goal was to give examples of MATLAB scripts, not to use them in
class as demonstrations or visualization aids. For example, level one
scripts really are computing very simple quantities, showing the
rudiments of MATLAB scripts.
You can find them here:

If you look at them and spot a bug or error, please let me know and I
will try and find to repair them.
