Greetings Climate Change workshop participants!
Our workshop is just a month away, so now is the time for us to work out some details in the plan.
On Tuesday we will be having an event called the 'share fair.' This is sort of like a poster session, except you aren't limited to posters. You can present any sort of idea, teaching activity, computer demo or other activity. (A complete description is included at the bottom of this message.)
We'd like to know the following:
A) Are you planning on presenting something at the Share Fair? (It is not required but strongly encouraged!)
B) What is the title of your activity/exercise/demo/poster?
C) Is it an activity, demo, or poster?
D) What sort of setup do you need? A computer? Wall space? A table? Outlet and internet connection?
Please email me (kkirk at montana.edu) with your info by August 1. Thanks in advance for your participation!

1:30-3:30 “Share Fair” (Break snacks provided midway)
Participants should bring examples of their favorite exercises. This could include posters, handouts of class activities, computer programs (self-contained on laptops or on-line), physical models, samples, maps, etc. Group will be divided in half and any presenter will occupy their station for 1 hour. Everyone else will migrate around to interact one-on-one with presenters and discuss not just what they teach, but also how they developed the activities, teaching tips, and so on.
