Geomorphic Analysis of Soils part of Cutting Edge:Geomorphology:Activities
Students will sample and describe a series of soils in the field. Data gathered in the field will be used to compare sampled soils to mapped soils and local soil development.

Shoreline Geomorphology Lab part of Cutting Edge:Geomorphology:Activities
Students will observe shoreline processes, sketch and describe beach and barrier island profiles, and investigate the impact of development and shoreline control structures on beaches.

Geomorphology part of Cutting Edge:Course Design:Goals Database
The goal of the course is for students to understand the mechanics of geomorphic processes, to be able to analyze landforms created by those processes, and to be able to understand the evolution of landforms over time.
