Milo Schield, Augsburg College
Milo Schield is a professor at Augsburg College, Director of the W. M. Keck Statistical Literacy project, Vice President of the National Numeracy Network, US representative to the International Statistical Literacy project and web-master of He has written more than 50 papers on numeracy and given over a hundred talks. Milo is an engaging speaker. He has helped colleges work through the process of setting quantitative literacy requirements and defining what constitutes quantitative literacy. In 2010 he gave talks at the University of Texas (San Antonio), Carleton College, and the University of St. Thomas.
