1) To what extend have you used metacognitive, or self-regulated learning, techniques in your courses?
I'm not very familiar with the terms "metacognition" or "self-regulated learning" and haven't used those concepts in my classes.
Not very often. I occasionally ask my students to reflect on their learning process.
A moderate amount. I plan activities in a number of my courses where students reflect on their learning process.
Extensively. All of my classes include opportunities for students reflect upon what and how they are learning.
