  • Create a SERC account if you don't already have one. Please use the e-mail address that's been provided to InTeGrate and you should gain access to the appropriate webspaces automatically. Contact Monica with any questions (mbruckne AT carleton.edu).
  • Take the BARSTL survey. You will have to log into your SERC account to access this page.
  • Submit the Individual Contract and Course Information form. This will give us the ability to have your individual contract ready to sign at the May meeting.

Continuing 2012 Teams

By Wednesday, May 8th


NOTE: Items received at SERC by this date will be included into the assessment results returned at the meeting. Since we need time to process and send data to the assessment team, items received later may not be analyzed in time for the meeting.

  • Confirm that your classroom data has been submitted and received by checking your individual course status page. Contact your webteam liaison with any questions or issues.
    • All courses that have finished teaching InTeGrate content before the May meeting. This means everyone has completed Data Check A-C (see classroom data page) and should have:
      • Uploaded or mailed IRB signed consent forms (if using informed consent) or provided InTeGrate with a list of students & ID's that have opted out (if using implied consent)
      • Uploaded an initial student roster on your course status page
      • Administered online pre- attitudinal student surveys (results are automatically provided to InTeGrate)
      • Uploaded or mailed post-GLE multiple choice questions
      • Uploaded or mailed the 3 main embedded assessments for your module
    • If your course is complete, Data Check D (see classroom data page) should also be complete. Please provide these additional items:
      • Administered online post- attitudinal student surveys (linked from your course page; results are automatically provided to InTeGrate)
      • Upload or mail post-GLE multiple choice questions
      • Upload or mail GLE essay questions
      • Upload final student roster on your course status page
      • Upload your measure of student assignment completeness/engagement
      • Complete the post-pilot reflection survey on your individual reporting page in your module (sub-page to your team reporting page)
