Installing ArcVoyager Special Edition

The program SETUP.EXE will install ArcVoyager SE. You will need approximately 100 MB free hard drive space to store the ArcVoyager data files.

1. Find the ArcVoyager Setup program SETUP.EXE and double-click it to begin installation.

2. Follow the installation instructions given by the Setup program.

NOTE: Install ArcVoyager to <DRIVE>:\VOYAGER. Do not install into PROGRAM FILES or any other directory with a multiple-word name (i.e., a directory with a space in the name).

NOTE: When installing ArcVoyager SE, it is recommended that you install both the ArcVoyager Program Files and ArcVoyager Data Files to your computer's hard drive. If you choose not to install the ArcVoyager Data Files, you must have the CD in your CD-ROM drive when using ArcVoyager SE.

3. After ArcVoyager is installed, work through the introductory materials found in the directories \VOYAGER\DOCUMNTS\INTROS and \VOYAGER\DOCUMENTS\LESSONS.
