August 2011. Important Note about the GLOBE server. The GLOBE server and website are in transition. If you get an error message while trying to access data, you can proceed with the analysis by using the screen shots that are provided.

  1. Go to the GLOBE Classic home page. The GLOBE Web site will open in a new browser window.

  2. Set Up the GLOBE Search Engine for Graphs.
    • From the top menu bar For Students selection, click on Maps & Graphs from the drop down menu and then choose Graphs.
Link on the GLOBE Web site where the Maps and Graphs section is selected

  3. Select a Country and State.
    • In the SCHOOL LOCATION: Country Searchwindow, scroll down to the United States, select it, and then click the button immediately below the window labeled State /Province Search.
Window on the GLOBE Web site where the country of interest is selected

    • In the same window, now named SCHOOL LOCATION: State/Province Search, scroll down to US PA-Pennsylvania, select it, and click the GO button that is immediately to the right. It may take awhile for all the schools to be listed on your screen.
Window on the GLOBE Web site where the state of interest is selected.

  4. Find the Reynolds Jr. Sr. High School.
    • Scroll down the screen of GLOBE schools in Pennsylvania. Near the top of the list you will see the Reynolds Jr Sr High School in Greenville. It is near the top because it has submitted many data measurements.
