1. My map shows the earthquake in Chengdu China were the damage and loss of life was enormous. It also shows the boundries that are convergent and transformed. It shows the extent of the boundries. It shows the world with all the plates.
2. Students would be very interested in the location of disasters in countries or the United States. Hurricanes, and tornados are in their lives, so they would be interested. The data could be provided and the students could make maps and graphs and analyze them.
3. I am considering the collection of data on these disasters over the past several years, make graphs and bring in pictures.
4. Sufficient practice and use of materials.
