What does your image show?

My image shows the area for the water of the Aral Sea for the years 1973, 1987 and 2000.

What measurements did you get for each of the three areas highlighted in red?

Area
1 5961625000
2 4395437500
3 3038750000

In what ways can you imagine incorporating ImageJ techniques and/or satellite data into your teaching?

As a math teacher I can see using this data to teach students analysis as well as linear vs. nonlinear realtionships. Also, I could use this data when exploring measures of central tendencies.

What lingering questions do you have from today's workshop?

I would like to know more information about how to save data (measurements etc..) that we collect
