I have implemented 2 parts of 3 from one of the EET Toolbooks called "Whither the Arctic Sea Ice"? My students were so excited that we did an extension on what action plan they would create in order to help polar bears and townspeople dealing with climate change in the Arctic.

Hi Emily!
Your plan sounds great and it's wonderful that the kids were successful and excited. I'm glad SOMEONE is trying to solve the issue of global warming!
Can't wait to see you in October...hope your year is off to a happy (and balanced) start! Karen :)

Emily,
I love your project. I am thinking of taking a spin off of your project for my students' research project for 7th grade. What kind of work did they do last year to get to the point they are now?
