This mini lesson uses Image J to measure the mudflow (lahar) coverage before and after the most recent eruption of Mt. Pinatubo. Students will use Image J to measure the mudflow area and learn how to stack the images.

We will also attempt to use Google Earth to find this location and see more recent pictures.
