Oskar is associate professor of economics at the University since 1994. He teaches economics courses in online format since 2004. He was a recipient of the Chancellor's Information Technology Award 2000 and was awarded a Large-Impact Grant from the Institute of Teaching and Learning. His research interests are economic education and state and local tax analysis. He has published articles in a number of the professions leading journals including Journal of Urban Economics, National Tax Journal, Journal of Risk and Insurance, American Real Estate and Urban Economics, Journal of Real Estate Finance and Economics, Public Finance Review, and Journal of Economic Education.
