Stream stage and precipitation during a rainfall event that occured on Sept. 26-28, 2008. The stream stage rises rapidly, indcative of the flashy runoff from impervious areas of the watershed. However, the stream stage falls slowly due to the influence of the stormwater management pond in the Crabbs Branch headwaters, which releases water into the stream over a long period of time.
