FEI Quanta 200 Environmental Scanning Electron Microscope with EDAX Phoenix Pro EDS system and Peltier stage

Application:

Surface analysis Micro-imaging

Typical Use:

  • Imaging of geological or biological material in SEI and BSE modes under either high vacuum or low vacuum modes.
  • Peltier stage permits temperature control.
  • EDS system performs quantitative chemical analysis in spot or raster mode and permits acquisition of X-ray maps.

Conditions for Use:

Visitors are invited to work in the lab to work with lab personnel
