SummaryThe purpose of this project is to familiarize the student with the entire process of creating a GIS project from data capture through analysis and generating the final map result using GeoMedia Pro.

Description of the activity/assignmentAfter talking about the concepts such as data models, map projection, etc, students need to apply them to understand them better. This project asks students to build a GIS project from scratch. It requires digitizing, joining attributes, and simple spatial queries to generate maps using a simple and familiar apartment information system for the problem context.
