Photograph Upload Form

We will prepare a "Facebook" for this year's workshop. If you want to be included, please use this form to upload a photograph by May 2. Submission of a photo is optional, but STRONGLY encouraged. Having your photo included really helps the workshop leaders and other participants get to know you quickly.

These photographs will be modified to fit a standard size, which will be small. If possible, please send a photo that features your face (a head shot) instead of one where you are relatively small within a landscape.
